How to order EU

Peonies will not be dispatched to mainland Europe during the months of April, May, June, July, August and September. However, bare root peonies will be available for purchase from August for shipment in October. Where appropriate plants will be sent bare root or with some of the compost removed, in order to make shipping costs more affordable. Therefore, it is essential that plants are un-packed immediately on arrival and potted or re-potted as necessary. Our courier should deliver to addresses in these countries within 72 hours of the plants leaving our nursery.

Our shipping charge to Metropolitan France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg or Germany is €25, rest of the EU is  €30.

Please note that our plants are generally sold in 2 litre or large pots. This provides you with stronger and more mature plants that, when planted in your garden, will establish themselves more quickly.

For delivery to Metropolitan France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg or Germany and payment by credit/debit card in Euro:-

Choose the plants that you wish to purchase by clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. When you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button.  After reading the Terms and Conditions (ToS Conditions), you will be presented with the payment options page.  The default payment method is via PayPal, so you can proceed by pressing the ‘Next Step’ button. You will be re-directed to the PayPal website.  If you don’t already have your own PayPal account choose the option ‘Don’t have a PayPal Account?’.  Change the country as appropriate (France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg or Germany) and then proceed to complete your billing address and card details.  Once the payment transaction is completed you will be returned to this site and you will then need to complete your details for your shipping address.  A single space can be used for the other mandatory fields that are surplus to your full address.  Once PayPal has confirmed to us your payment we will arrange shipment of your order a.s.a.p. 

Orders for delivery to France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg or Germany have a delivery charge of €25.

For delivery to Metropolitan France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg or Germany and payment in Euro by credit card over the phone, or by electronic fund transfer in Euro :-

Choose the plants that you wish to purchase by clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. When you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button.  After reading the Terms and Conditions (ToS Conditions), you will be presented with the payment options page.  Change the payment method to ‘Check (by mail)’ and then press the ‘Next Step’ button. You will be presented with the ‘Enter Address’ page.  Here you are required to complete your details for your billing address.  A single space can be used for the other mandatory fields that are surplus to your full address.  In the ‘Notes’ box please tell us your required payment method.  You can also use this box to give us a shipping address if it is different from your billing address. Once we have received your order we will contact you with a pro-forma invoice and payment instructions.  Once payment has been received & cleared by us we will arrange shipment of your order a.s.a.p.

When you have finished your selection, click on the ‘Checkout’ button.  After reading the Terms and Conditions (ToS Conditions), you will be presented with the payment options page.  Change the payment method to ‘Check (by mail)’ and then press the ‘Next Step’ button. You will be presented with the ‘Enter Address’ page.  Here you are required to complete your details for your shipping address.  Please note that the Postal Code field is mandatory, as are all the asterisked fields, therefore, please enter your normal postcode, if your country has a postal code system,otherwise please enter a single space.  A single space can be used for the other mandatory fields that are surplus to your full address.  In the ‘Notes’ box please tell us your required payment method (Paypal, Credit Card by Phone or Bank Transfer). You can also use this box to give us your shipping address, if different from your billing address. Once we have received your order we will contact you with a pro-forma invoice and payment instructions.   Euro is the only currency available for credit/debit cards. If you have chosen credit/debit card as your payment method we will either send you a PayPal payment request or contact you for payment by phone. If you have chosen electronic fund transfer as your payment method we will send you payment instructions. Once payment has been received & cleared by us we will arrange shipment of your order a.s.a.p.

Orders for delivery to Other EU Countries have a delivery charge of €30.
